Testimonials

Marienne T.

It’s like group therapy without the co-pay—supportive, fun, and full of real talk. I do love that it's a space where I feel supported and understood.

Chris L.

Most people don’t understand the weight caregivers carry, but here, everyone just gets it. That sense of belonging has been life-changing for me.

Belinda B.

I took care of my husband until his passing, and I only wish groups like Caregivers Connect had existed during and for my experience. I love their approach—humor, belonging, and genuine support. Now, I tell everyone I meet who’s caring for someone with dementia about this group.

FAQs

Your Questions Answered - Helping You Care Better and Stress Less.

How can I join Caregivers Connect?

Join our community by visiting our website or email.

Are there any costs involved in joining your support groups or utilizing your services?

Most of our support group activities are totally free—because we know caregivers already pay enough in coffee, gas, and patience. ☕🚗😅 A few specialized workshops may have a small fee, but to keep things simple, it’s just a one-time cost of $19.97 to join Caregivers Connect. That’s less than what you probably spent on takeout last night—and way more nourishing. We keep costs minimal so you can focus on what really matters: support, laughter, and maybe finally finishing that cup of coffee while it’s still hot.

What types of caregiving situations does Caregivers Connect support?

At Caregivers Connect, we support caregivers in all kinds of situations—whether you’re juggling doctor’s appointments, managing medications, answering the same question 27 times a day, or just trying to drink your coffee while it’s still hot. ☕😅

We believe in supporting you first, because if the caregiver isn’t well, the loved one ends up with cereal for dinner and the TV remote lost forever. That’s why our community is here for you: ask questions, learn new tricks, share your wins (and fails), and laugh through the chaos together. 💜

How often do the support groups meet?

🤣 Caregivers Connect will try to meet once a month. Keyword: try.
Life happens, coffee spills, alarms don’t go off… you get it.
So keep one eye (and maybe half an eyebrow) on our community calendar for the actual schedule. 👀

Do you offer individual or group counseling services for caregivers?

Nope. If we added therapist to our already mile-long list of caregiver titles, our brains might just short-circuit. 🤯

That’s exactly why we’re here—to be each other’s support system, unofficial therapists, and cheerleaders (minus the pom-poms… unless you’ve got some handy). So please, jump in, engage, and let’s keep this group the safe space it’s meant to be. 💜

Will we consider bringing in a professional to help keep us sane? OF COURSE! And you bet we’ll announce it loud enough that nobody misses it. 🎉

This was probably the answer you were looking for moreso. 😉

How can Caregivers Connect help me manage caregiver burnout?

Well… we can’t magically beam you to a tropical island with bottomless piña coladas (we’ve tried, the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach 🌴🍹).

What we can do is offer a space where you don’t have to wear another hat—because let’s be honest, caregivers already juggle enough. Here, you’ve got peer support, shared laughs, a few sanity-saving tips, and people who “get it” without needing a long explanation.

Again, will we occasionally bring in pros to sprinkle some expert wisdom and help us keep our marbles intact? Absolutely! In the meantime, we won't sing any sounds similiar to 'Burn Baby Burn" . . .
